Few people are too good to work with If you leave work live balance aside, you can learn a lot Once you get in company, it does not matter if you work or not. Nobody cares

It's a product based company, but once you see the politics you will realise everything works like a service based company Every meeting managers will ask you to stretch and work on weekends People on higher ranks are unskilled and don't have the experience how to do decision making If you are hard working and expecting promotion, stop, they give promotion based on experience not skills

Micron is an excellent firm. - Amazing WLB - Amazing Manager and Leads. (US and India) - The projects are great. - Excellent pay. - Work is hybrid but I enjoy more in office rather than home.

Worse incompetent managers, thrown by other companies and picked by micron. Senior management does not care about anyone. No skill assessment, they will interview on coding skills and won't give you any dev. Projects at all. If you have some work from homes they will make sure you can't take them. Disrespectful behaviour if you workwith Singapore team and manager won't help you, they will scold you instead and ask you to keep working....Read More

ER dept which takes anonymous complaints and questions valuable employees who has given their best to the company, yet those anonymous users were not identified which is not a justifiable process
