Nothing. Except the brand name.

Dislikes

No job security. No learning. No good projects. Project road map gets changed dynamically. Even though they say record revenues from 3 years, they are laying off people because of loss in couple of quarters. Lot of internal politics. No transparency on promotions. Promotions/Equity are awarded to managers Pets/who worked with them earlier. If you join here alone ( where you don't know any one in team), then you are gone case since people here are not ready to share the knowledge. I worked in micron for 2 years. The perks/benefits are pretty much decent and i very much enjoyed working here and learned other new technologies like Azure and Scrum methodologies.

Dislikes

I have few dislikes about this organization. 1. Job security 2. They will completely cut off your variable pay if the the market is down and the VP pay itself 12% to 16% based on the exp.
