Likes

Earlier things were good, but from last few years there lost lots of firing, salary cut during covid but that also not refunded to employees after unblock. So overall last 4 years trusted company alot but they never fullfill their commitment.

Dislikes

Worst management, poor HR and policies. If you are relative of any of the owner of HOD then only you can enjoy working.

Work Details

My initial years was fun working, but company lost their path and every owner mainly focus on their individual business rather focusing as a whole. Also they are more interested in looting the profit from mother company Micromax only.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
