The company is good and HR team also nice. But behaviours of manager and team leader not acceptable. They are only shouted on team members for small small things, not given proper solution. Treat like we are there home servent. Hence many. Most of people's left the job from microland because of managers angry behaviour.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
