1-nobody knew that giving procedural demo is too important to the end users and getting feedback from HOD/dep of Microbiologist, so field staff remain happy not really bothering the importance of this exercise to keep getting written sealed and signed papers of efficacy of the products which include subsequent proof to target the next institutions(of course where demo is given procedure of closing the business also should start). Top Managers behaviour which is almost all time is dictative. Not in compony's progress but as they have to do something they keep dictating. Lake of papers which are nescesory for volume business. Average quality of production.

Boring,as the challenge of getting entry into the Government and non government institutions of no importance for managers. Of course it need patients, investments of time and money. I wished they work in this direction for 2 years at a stretch, ,,,,,
