It's not a company, It's a scam. First they hire you for B to B business Development of pharma company, but after joining they tell you to sell our toilet cleaning product at door to door. In last 2 year they can not sell single unit. There yearly revenue is around 22,000 for cleaning solution. Which is horrible. They don't even have their customer data. One Manager their is join as reference not have any experience of team handling. And selling also. Beware of joining such type of company, pure scam, your salary not credited in your account even after 45 days. So think twice....Read More

1-nobody knew that giving procedural demo is too important to the end users and getting feedback from HOD/dep of Microbiologist, so field staff remain happy not really bothering the importance of this exercise to keep getting written sealed and signed papers of efficacy of the products which include subsequent proof to target the next institutions(of course where demo is given procedure of closing the business also should start). If at all this habit is percolate down the field person then only I will like to work with Microgen Hygiene Pvt Ltd!!! 2-Salary in time.

Dislikes

Top Managers behaviour which is almost all time is dictative. Not in compony's progress but as they have to do something they keep dictating. Lake of papers which are nescesory for volume business. Average quality of production.

Boring,as the challenge of getting entry into the Government and non government institutions of no importance for managers. Of course it need patients, investments of time and money. I wished they work in this direction for 2 years at a stretch, ,,,,,

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
