It's not a company, It's a scam. First they hire you for B to B business Development of pharma company, but after joining they tell you to sell our toilet cleaning product at door to door. In last 2 year they can not sell single unit. There yearly revenue is around 22,000 for cleaning solution. Which is horrible. They don't even have their customer data. One Manager their is join as reference not have any experience of team handling. And selling also. 1-nobody knew that giving procedural demo is too important to the end users and getting feedback from HOD/dep of Microbiologist, so field staff remain happy not really bothering the importance of this exercise to keep getting written sealed and signed papers of efficacy of the products which include subsequent proof to target the next institutions(of course where demo is given procedure of closing the business also should start).
