I am feeling really great working with Microchip from last 5 years. It does supports work-life balance and takes care of employee which is a primary for every working person. They have taken all possible measures through this COVID pandemic to ensure we employees not impacted much including providing additional COVID insurance for employees and their immediate families with corporate discount in premiums. Also they ensured the impacted employees and their families are getting good support from insured company in terms of their claims and other relevant things. Dislikes

Absolutely Microchip is a wonderful company for any employee to work for, the only improvement which I would like to see is streamlining salary/packages across employees with respect to their experience and grade. They had a process in place for corrections in regular intervals which was not happening from last few years due to somechallenges. I am sure they revamp the process at earliest possibility.
