The way they treat employees. They listen to their employee problem and tries to take action to extent that is possible for them

The compensation they provide are not aggressive. Sometimes they miss out to see that a senior employee is getting less then someone who knows less but gets a higher compensation.

IBM x LPA + 3L joining bonus Backend Developer (requires learning Go) Uncertain career growth, some layoff concerns (none in India so far). High salary. BMW Techworks India (x - 3) LPA (includes variable pay) + 2L joining bonus Assistant Manager, working on C++ open-source code on Linux Interesting project, good long-term potential, but lower salary.

Easily get into Comfort Zone. No growth after certain extent. False hopes are given at all times.

I was working for longer time in Microchip. Lot of false hopes given and I got into comfort zone. No new technologies to work with. Should have got a better leadership.
