Dislikes

Growth is very very slow, Career progression happens at pace of a government company except for few ppl whose rate is really fast. Politics in training and work, partiality in trainings, bond period of 5 years, No Career vision for future, No difference in pay weather you work hard or you just chill

Bad company to work for, worst work culture here . Making south indian people Managers who are actually donkeys. No job security, no appraisals, no learning, no growth at all

Dislikes

Teammates are donkeys, no training provided to gain knowledge, no jov b security at all, career growth only for specific south indian people, salary appraisal lowest in industry, chennai travel mostly, lots of politics by southy and marathi, no leaning environment, they dont think about innovation, they will take work from you as anox, worst worklife balance as u have a fixed time to reach office, people work on sundays also, worst company ever...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
