Worst culture. They make us to sign a bond for 2L but if you break the bond they will harass you and blackmail you and you will end up paying more than 2L. In my scenario they made me pay 4L. It's kind of nightmare working at MGO specially in FAAS team, manager & senior manager are worst, they are not humans accordingly they cannot understand 'NO' to anything. They trap the candidate by asking candidate to sign agreement for 1 year

Nothing to like about mgo...bad management...bundle of unprofessional people. Modifing the companies policies as per their own convince over the night...even management will not do what they promise you...no work life balance... accept night shift or termination- I have faced this as well.

Nothing to like about the MGO. Never seen a starup like this. Bad management Change the policy overnight No work-life balance. Changes in shifts - accept it or termination They will never give bonus part even if the same is the part of your CTC. Change in roll and department

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
