Poor management, there is no support for nurses. No benefits, no respect for nurses worst experience , I don't refer my friends anymore, very bad hostel facility, working hours are not acceptable, terrible leave policy

I worked as a staff nurse in MGM healthcare. The Nursing Director is the worst that I have ever seen. Hostel provided for nurses was very untidy as they didn't provide any housekeeping. The ND, DNS and ward supervisor are very heartless souls. Each and every staffs in that hospital are worst. HR is also the same. Such a bad hospital, I have never experienced in my life.
