Whole System and Management, Worst conditions to be in. Males are harrassed, torchured and dominated by the female goons. Their mindset is as equal as Biomedical waste. Pathetic circumstances and hectic drawbacks of organization in quality leads to deprived returns to students by the means of knowledge, clinical exposure and valuable skills and guidance for life. No teaching happens here, only harrasment. Teachers dont gain respect here throughh their teaching and overall personality- they just scream and scold the students for eveything- So that students will fear them and this fear teachers consider as respect and be happy in their own world. This is what the definition of satisfaction for them. No exprienced and qualified staff. Their own parent hospital does'nt give them recognization indeed. Infact all institutes of this trust lacks co-operation and always remains busy actually in supressing each other.
