Being its current employee i would say in MG Builder & Developers is no place for unprofessionalism, discrimination and indiscipline. Working culture is quit good. Top management is very supportive. If you looking for a good company to work with i would suggest atleast you should visit office first before listening false rumors and believe them blindly. You can thanks me later :)

Best company, work culture was so good, provide best training to new employees, the seniors even the MD will help me out if i got any problem i never seen such a work culture.

Best Company for career built-up. Seniors are very co-operative. Even MD of the company is also every supportive. Overall a perfect combination on earing money & enjoying the work.
