Association with premium brand OEM(Honda) good opportunity to learn and execute. Challenging environment internaly and externaly,Very poor salary appraisal.Very high insecurity about the Job.

Dislikes

Poor HR policies regarding leave, compensation and annual performance appraisal. Poor Job security and uncertain policies of the business.

Work Details

Head of Honda car dealership. Managing Sales Service and spare part business, Interacting with banks,OEM Vendors insurance companies. Ensuring high standard of buying experience to the customer and after sales services, Retention of customer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
