One big plus is no micro management, managers reaches you only when and where needed (depends on the project), hope it will be a good company for freshers, lots of training and developement activities carried out throughout the year

Insurance department of mfx Bangalore branch has its recently worst business head (VP) with horrible mentality of people handling & working under him , almost considered as dogs . Does not bother to give decent salary, does politics almost every day making working environment worst. Join mfx but not under him ! Quess head should take sevear actions on this !
