Its a 6 days working company and punching timings are strictly followed. Most of people (almost 55%-60%) in company are above 50 age group; so they are extremely rigid. No employee engagement or welfare activities; only come to office, do work and go to home. Management mission: My way or High way.

No benefits and facilities except salary. Its a avoidable company; not knowing about the company and culture before joining. Family driven business; not by professionals. Management and policies are extremely rigid; not employee friendly.

Great place to work, career development, ample opportunities to grow without much restrictions, lot of scope for training/ upskilling staff, quality-savvy management in undertaking good quality projects, freedom/ flexibility to staff.
