Excellent company there is no HR too, no barriers, even a house keeping person can perform the HR role. Unbelievable timing at 8:15 you have to be there, then logout time is 6 but you should not go by that time. You have to sit there even there is no work till 8 or 10 pm. Then only manager will get more happy. They have a project till 3050 but sometimes we wont get work. So they will send you to home for months and they will get appraisal and call you after sometime. Here you will learn new worst softwares and you will forgot about the standard softwares you used before. Saturdays compulsory half day leave you have to work till 5 or 5:30 because they have a meeting at 11 am. They wont talk anything but until the managers come back we have to wait. He will come and send you by 5. Because if you sit there till 6 they have to pay extra salary. Even if you are working till 6 there is one guy he wont pay you for that he will tell because you are doing rework. Sundays week off, yeah if you want leave on sundays you have to write leave letter and get permission for that. You have to be there 24/7 365 days, if you done this they will honor you by firing you. There is no politics, groupism and nepotism because its in there blood we can't separate it from them. They used to tell that we are not doing just because they are living in that. MD was a God he will fire our cheif minister and prime minister too. He use to tell Indians are bull shit bla bla bla. But he is begging here to do the projects in cheap rate because in his country this shit wont give more money for the workers he wont get more profit thats why he was here. Because of Indians he is earning and eating but he use to scold us bloody **. There they use to say MD knows everything, he notices everything. But he is dummy he dosen't know anything. He doesn't know anything even from cooking oil too computers and tv to whom it was going that too he wont know. But they will give lot of builtups for him. Then there is one Echaa fellow was there he wont give you any ideas or he wont have any knowledge about the project, he is manager he talk with the client but he wont get any required details about the project. All the videos for france people in french language we dont know any detail about there country or regarding the project. We have to research everything get details from web and have to do the project on time without any error. Finally, this echaa will get name get all the increments and promotion and at the end he will tell that we didn't work well he tells we are simply roaming in the office and he does all the works in our back too fire us. Becareful with that worstest fellow, even he tell the ladies to put tablets for periods pain and do an extra work. He is One of the worst Sadist fellow. Environment : Wowww mind blowing environment such pleasure and calm place. Morning to night you have to be under pressure. One person always talks in the front of the office gives builtups to MD and make your mind very pleasant and so that you can work peacefully. We have to wait for the restroom to get free to use it only two restrooms are there. Some people go there and spend more time there dont know what they are doing, so we have to wait patiently for them to come out. Even in covid we have to go there and work, even if you are affected by covid you have to work at the end they will give a very good credit for you, that is you didn't worked properly. Fake intern recruitment -They recruit in bulk interns saying with salary and providing intern certificate. After extracting work from new joinees above 15 to 25 days they just informing them not to come from next day. Intern and beginner getting cheated In huge numbers by their fake intern opening.

Dislikes

Interns opening is fake in this company dont believe. They prefer only trainees for 6 month if they well trained appointed to regular employment it is clear they are not providing internship for interns.

Good and comfortable working space. A good place to learn new techniques and software which are in trend in western countries. The company readily accepts new technology suggestions to increase productivity. There is less job security. Growth is slow and steady. Age is not a bar to work and get more salary and positon here. Western and Indian mixed culture. So you are in Indian culture for your work.
