I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Its a good company which is working about mechanical construction like structural, piping and equipment .i joined here as a piping engineer.i am working here from 1 year.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary increase growth is slow.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
