Teammates and managers are good. We have travelled few places across India for meeting and award function purpose. Also we have Meyer council to solve any problem with administration. We work for 8 hours and monthly 2 Saturdays off along with Sunday. So we have enough time to spend with our family and friends.

Dislikes

Everything is ok but the salary and growth is less in comparison to other companies and our job profile. If the company will able to provide more funky package and yearly 1 foreign trip then it will be the best company to work as a Medical Representative.

Work Details

My work is to meet doctors and get prescriptions from them. Also my job role is to available my products to nearby chemist. Also ensure stockist business. The target pressure isn't very high.
