It took almost 6 months to get my F&F after leaving this company. HR department is horrible here. They forgot that they have a pending F&F to give, it was only when I called them up for mine. HR manager is a horrible woman, unethical, unprofessional and often takes U turns from her own words saying I didn't promise you anything, if she earlier promised to do something. She, along with the marketing head takes central position in making this company a political hub as they both planned to get MD of the company to be thrown out. Ironically, MD brought team to this company. Everyone knows each other from previous company. HR manager's junior has reached the pinnacle of dumbness! She is often found getting scolded again and again from everyone as she forgets everything easily, even if you've talked about something 2 minutes ago. She is lazy and when you would talk to her you would feel like she is not getting it. Like her boss, she is also an expert in taking U turns from her own words since she forgets easily and will tend to blame you at the end for her mistake. For instance, she didn't hand me over my confirmation letter after 6 months and when I asked she started blaming that she gave me and I lost it. To that I asked her you must have kept a record of who has got the letter and who hasn't, to which she said she is maintaining. I asked her can you show a record of when did you give me my confirmation letter. As I was sure she wasn't, she got scolded for that also<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. HR doesn't provide you salary slips and when you ask them to make it, they will make n number of mistakes while making it that you will end up cursing them again</mark>. It took HR people 5 attempts to make a proper experience letter. Also they work with their eyes closed and often blame others for their own mistakes. There is no healthy work culture in the company. You get a call from HR/consultant. You feel happy. They boast about the company you feel excited. You read reviews of Mrinal, Deepika, Himanshu Bhat on Google search result page, you feel elated. You join the company only to find that those reviews are put by current or ex employees upon asking, rather forced to put up such positivereviews for the company. And this is done by one and only "beloved" HR. After joining, you will find that HR is unprofessional, unethical with one always sleeping with her eyes open<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You won't get salary on time as HR will always be having some technical issues every month</mark>. And salary slips? Wake up from dream! I would like to throw some spotlight on another "beloved" department - FINANCE. Finance people will make a mistake while passing entry on their software and you will eventually come to know that it was your fault and not theirs'. Trust me, pseudo feminism has rotten the Indian society and how come this company will stay immune? The guy who was fired was a nice guy, positive and jolly. He wasn't given any chance to justify himself, was just asked to leave upon just the complaint, without any proper investigation. MD firing politics is real....Read More
