Seniors are very egoist and demands are unethical. I have got the feeling of being cheated and then harassed by reporting manager and other senior. Lack of commitment of management toward employees. Managers force for unprofessional demands.

What I like most about this company is my manager's and team members support. I learn many things and have many opportunities to boost my skills, knowledge and abilities. Metso is good platform to build your interpersonal skills because in my job profile, I deal with many other department persons, and they support me a lot. Another thing is that Metso provide Mediclaim, which is useful for family members. Other perks are Sodexo for food, travel expenses and so forth....Read More

What I personally dislike about the company is Job security. Other things, sometimes I faced problem with Visa and travel ticket support because when I travel on Saturday and Sunday, at that time, when I wanted to reschedule or cancel a ticket, I was unable to do it because they did not pick up call from the other end.

Working hour are fixed ( no over stay). Transport facility for blue colar & white colar. Canteen facility too good. Family get together functions.

Very delay in promotion. Less growth in salary. Reductions in benefit day by day. Having strict working hour rather than flexible. Only alternate Saturday are off.

I get filter maintenance, cylinder replacement, pump maintenance done. And when I am not able to work, I work with them.

Good work life balance and also provide good facilities and allowances. Great place to work.
