There is no job security at all they terminated me on the spot because of my emergency leaves, lots of politics did with new people they line about department change during interview they committed me Microbiology department during interview but they didn't give me that department. Senior persons pressurized us for 12 hrs duty. Lessbalance with work and life because of their extra hours duty timings....Read More

There is lots of new things to learn but they didn't allowed for other department trainings. And they didn't change departments at all.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
