No work life balance, No hiring of sufficient resources, ground staff not upto the mark..which is foundation of Metropolis..Hence have to deal with do many challenges

I don’t know about other branch but if you look to Richmond circle central lab branch work environment is very good. Basically in a diagnostic field I didn’t seen like that good understanding manager.

Dislikes

Salary low, no bonus in major Indian festivals not even halfday work. Only comp off given no overtime pay and for long leave u have to convince too much.

All things are good in Metropolis company, only I leave the company just because of travelling issue, job location was very far from my leaving address. I willingness always do work with MHL if job location will available near Bhiwandi.
