The company bus opan to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am apart of a team that market reliable high quality products products base.as a result.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . sometimes I have to work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14/18 our straight inadayaa I have to atten client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to takeback may suggestions most of the time s I do receive appreciation email's from may client but they mostly go unnoticed during mat mid year appraisal's also there is no on Jo training for fresher s hence senior folk's Like me have to guide them step by step which is Spain sometimes....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Very good company, there is a 5 star hotel and office here, any requirement we fulfill, if there is nothing we arrange it and provide it, all the facilities are not available anywhere, we provide upto 80% stock
