Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . sometimes I have to work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14/18 our straight inadayaa I have to atten client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to takeback may suggestions most of the time s I do receive appreciation email's from may client but they mostly go unnoticed during mat mid year appraisal's also there is no on Jo training for fresher s hence senior folk's Like me have to guide them step by step which is Spain sometimes....Read More
