The client list is pretty impressive. And you get to learn advance concepts simply because clients have budgets to experiment.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Requires dedication and hard work all the time to sustain and survive here. And hence some lazy people do not like it or crib about it. I was fine with it so no issues at all.

Work Details

Was handling Google AdWords account for 3 years and managed big spends for clients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
