Career growth is only thing which will makes the employee to get worry as there is no team leading position for sales people. Promotion designation will be given for namesake as it won't change you job responsibilities unless until you become Regional Manager (RM) where you can lead the entire state.

As a Territory sales executive I have to generate the lead, through continuous follow-up have to close it. Outstanding and Customer feedback should be collect for betterment of service.
