I am very much pleased about the relationship between the senior and junior employees. They treat you so much like their own brothers. The more you work, the more you reap. If we are in order with our work we get whatever we have to. A best company to learn new things.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Such a good company for your career growth. Management are very supportive. There is a pantry and company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary and hikes if your performance is good.

The late attendence deduction of salary like are little school like feeling. No other reason to dislike the company.
