I find it challenging that we have yet to fully integrate the latest software for tracking burnouts and project management. Although there has been progress with the implementation of sprint plans and boards, a comprehensive Agile SDLC is still not in place.

This individual often appears to hold onto past conflicts and lets personal issues affect the team's dynamics and productivity. Additionally, the reporting structure in the company is problematic. The project manager tends to promote individuals who can be easily controlled or manipulated, rather than fostering a team of competent and independent thinkers.
