For freshers company is very good, there traing kind of this is very good senior support also very good. Good to learn about all departments, if ur performance is vood u can choose you department by ur self. Work life balance is very poor there is no fix time, no sunday holiday, even no holiday.... There should be some certain rule that a person cannot work regularly more than 9 days or something.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad .... No fix timing any one will. Channge ur shift time... 8 hrs, 9 hrs, 12 hrs any things as per requirement.
