Metalman is a very good company to work here. Most likely about Metalman is company is very curious about New technology adoption. Major of core companies does not want to update them. Director is very good person, tried to make good system in compay and always taking initiative for new technology adoption. As i have worked in a greenfield project i have learnt many more thing.

Metalman is a very big group having almost 14 plants. I don't know much more about other plant i have worked in Hosur palnt which is new for Metalman. No proper system implementation is there, people mind also very bad in terms of working hours. As staff we need do our job within 8 and half hours, but here people want to work for 12 hous. Its very cheap mentality of company staff member not company management. Not even Sundays holiday. I am not at all happy about carrier groth here. Due to bad situation i didn't get hike for last 2 years. Here staff caring is not there no one think that staff is a asset....Read More
