Bond agreement. Employee should not work with few similar companies once after leaving metalpower. Why such fearful agreement ?. This type of agreement indicates that company is lack of their own knowledge in the product domain and subject. Technical things goes in non-technical approach mostly in political manner. HR policies are very terrific and rude behavior. Don't join here due to agreement it will put full stop to your career in this type of spark spectrometer industry. If you want to continue here you have to say yes to MD in the meetings. Be careful with few R&D managers or senior managers political knowledge, because MD trust only these managers / S Managers. Your technical skills are not worthful here , unless you play soaping or political tricks. Truly one person works mangers / S managers controls him and the credit goes to this political team. Unfair Exit Process and Full and Final Settlement Issues - My Experience with Metal Power Analytical Private Limited. I wanted to share my experience with Metal Power Analytical Private Limited regarding my exit process and Full and Final settlement, as I feel unheard and want to bring attention to this issue. The company took immediate action against me due to repeated loan recovery calls, and i acknowledge there right to act. However, my employment was terminated on January 30, 2025, without giving me the option to serve my notice period, I promptly returned my company laptop and ID card on the same day, reinforcing that my employment was terminated immediately. After this, I was informed that i would receive my experience letter and Full and Final settlement. However, when I reached out to HR, they suddenly told me that i had to pay for the notice period (which I was not allowed to serve) and return the joining bonus that I received at the time of joining, Joining Bonus Clause Misinterpretation As per the offer letter, the joining bonus only needs to be returned if an employee resigns before completing one year, There is no clause mentioning recovery in case of termination. Despite this, the company is forcing me to pay it back. HR's Lack of Support and Unprofessional Behavior I tried reaching out to HR multiple times, but they refuse to meet in person, When i wend to the office, security called HR. I spoke with HR over the phone, and they clearly stated that they would not meet me in person and asked me to communicate only via mail. I later received an email stating that i must pay the full and final amount before then i will received my experience letter. Till date, I have not receive my experience letter. Unfair Policies and No support from Senior Management I reached out to senior employees in the company, and many of them agreed that what happened to me was wrong, but they were unable to help. Think Before you Join Based on my experience, the company's policies are unfair, and there is no proper grievance redressal system. If something goes wrong, no one will listen to you or help you. We regret to hear about your concerns regarding your exit process and final settlement. However, to ensure transparency, we would like to provide clarity on the situation. Your employment was impacted by repeated loan recovery calls made to the company board line and via emails. These calls not only disrupted operations but also harassed multiple employees, including your reporting manager, HR team, and colleagues. The language used by the recovery agents was inappropriate and beyond tolerance limits. Despite this, the company took a supportive stance. Upon learning about your financial distress, we voluntarily extended an advance to help you clear your outstanding loan. You mentioned that the loan was taken for your mother’s hospitalisation. However, after receiving repeated recovery notices, further investigation revealed that you had multiple outstanding loans from different sources since 2020 and defaulted on most of them. This was not a concern for the company until the recovery agents began continuously calling and harassing our employees. Even after the company provided financial assistance, the recovery calls persisted due to your failure to clear the entire dues, and you refused to engage with the agents. Given our core value of integrity, we sought your explanation but did not receive satisfactory responses. As a result, the company decided to terminate your employment. However, as you requested through your manager, HR agreed to process it as a resignation rather than termination. Your final settlement was completed as per resignation policies, and all calculations were done following company policy and the terms outlined in your offer letter. The details were communicated to you via phone and email multiple times, yet you continued to dispute valid deductions. We take our employees' concerns seriously and are open to constructive discussions. If you have any further queries, we encourage you to reach out to us via the official communication channels.
