Overall my experience is very good in this faculty but one thing which make us depressed is that the salary increment. Tata provides us a better faculty & facilities but the salary increment process is too slow in TCTSL NOC.

The company based networking . I like the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable and global client base. Another point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaborations. I also like the employee safety and Travelling is too excellent. Over all experience in company excellent

Compensations is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure us very high. Sometime, I have to work 15-16 hours continue in a day as I have to give customer network up in any situations.

Less compensation,No growth or increments, you can only expect to get a job on payroll if they need you otherwise switching after working for a while is the best option. They recently started giving notices to people who are working for more than 4years on third-party payroll.
