Dislikes

During the work time they do not do any differentiation between co curricular staff and teaching staff then they should stop making differentiation during appraisal. For example Co curricular staff less hike Teaching staff big hike

The environment at MET Rishikul Vidyalaya is conducive for personal and professional growth. Its a happy environment to be in where your colleagues are like family and team work is truly pleasurable and enriching. I feel very blessed to be a part of the institution.

Dislikes

There is nothing that i dislike about the school. Its a wonderful place to work in.

Work Details

I am the psychology teacher at the school and my work involves lesson planning and taking my classes. Since i am working part time i am not involved in any ancillary activities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
