Work load and traveling time is more than 8hrs, Sometimes If No workload then u can free from working hours stay home. Always clear your side to Zero breakdown then u will enjoy your life and job.

Salary increment is slowly slowly as per expected and as compared to workload.

Bad working culture. Employees were ill treated badly. Too much politics. Bad aproach by R&D head. Head weight and respecting subordinates. Sometimes fake. MD very discouraging. Scolding all the time and finding faults all the time. Completing the work tasks is very difficult. Too much of paper and documentation work. Actually the Company is a very good Company in so many aspects. The main issue being at least a dozen of some of the traditional, old fashioned way of working styles are still followed by the Company including HODs and Senior Managers and that will make some of the other really good things meaningless. A solution for this is a permanent positive change by the management by themselves which is impossible as they have been following the same old way of working for so long. The second best option is the HODs and Senior Managers talking to the management to bring out a positive change, but it seems they are either helpless, or reluctant as they are focussed on their personal gains. So, at the end of the day, most of the employees will complete their day's work by spending very long hours, doing unproductive work which will never help them, and the Company either. If the Company makes a few changes regarding its working culture and gets adjusted to the latest style of working that most Companies follow, it will be one of the best places to work for....Read More
