Bad working culture. Employees were ill treated badly. Too much politics. Bad aproach by R&D head. Head weight and respecting subordinates. Sometimes fake. MD very discouraging. There is nothing to like here. The management is taking appreciation for everything that is happening in favour but not take any responsibility which is not in their favour.The work pressure is so much that you cant balance your personal life with it. The salary given to the engineer who is working day and night and running here andthere is very meagre. They have only allowed bike to their engineers. The politics at the management is so bad that your can't get your credit for all the good work you have done....Read More

Salary is very less. You can only use bike. There was a time when I was the only one who was taking care of the entire region but there was no appreciation for that but another guy who comes later was given a reward.
