There is nothing to like.There is no work coordination among seniors.Every one wants their piece of work at the same time.

Dislikes

They are afraid of the parents and Ministry.If a student is found misbehaving and you as a teacher try to discipline the child,their parents complaints against you and the school tries to harass you in the end and sometimes they even terminate you.

Management's are very good.and supportive staff.

Dislikes

Students are not treating proffessionally with non teaching staff .they using like uncle,Aunty,sister,brother.I could not able to concentrate with my designation which one I deserved example my job is Librarian.but they forced me to do it for Xerox operator.rest of all very nice.
