Working at this company has revealed several challenges in the management practices, particularly withing the QA Department. The management team, especially QA managers level, often lacks transparency in their decision making process, everything is controlled by US head. Which has created a lack of trust among team members. Ethicalstandards of few QA Managers seems to be compromised which can affect team moral and the over all work environment. 2 of the QA Mangers behave like it's their own company. Opportunities for professional growth are limited. Experienced team members are not respected or valued as they should be. Senior employees often feel over looked and underappreciated leading to frustration and a lack of motivation within a team.
