Work timing. Growth is slow until you have a good connection with the management. Apprisal is below average. Company is constantly increasing its product price but the value of the product is decreasing day by day. While the competitors are doing well by changing the product accordng to the customer requirements and current market base.

I have worked as an education counselor, I used to provide counseling to the students and to thier parents and make them enrolled into the portal. Sometimes it was quite challenging specially in off season but overall it was good

Company was good my team leader and my whole team are very helpful and honest and motivater... Other team leaders are also good.. I will definitely be ready to part of applect learning system pvt Ltd . HR department and every department are very good. Most awesome thing is the incentive part.

They didn't use to give leaves or if they provide us leaves that too medical they expect meeting from us. They used to strech the timings if they dont have meetings for field executive. They were least bothered that the employee is coming for far away or nearby.
