My experience suggests a detrimental work environment characterized by internal politics, a sense of entitlement among long-tenured employees, and a lack of professional growth opportunities. Specifically, I observed the following issues: * A culture of misinformation and exaggeration during daily meetings, where employees routinely misrepresented their accomplishments. * Arbitrary termination practices, with employees being dismissed without clear or justifiable reasons. * Excessive working hours (10-11 hours daily), coupled with a lack of organizational structure and hierarchy. * Constant micromanagement, creating a pressured and unproductive atmosphere. * Absence of a standard weekend (no Saturday off). * Lack of established HR policies and procedures. * The unusual practice of requesting the return of Diwali gifts provided to employees.
