Job security but no growth. No learning. Slowdown in your career.

Dislikes

You need references like hod, sr manager, etc to recommend you for good increment or promotion if you do nothing doesnt matters. But if you don't have reference than keep waiting. People take credit for your work. Don't get stuck up

Many people are asked to do same thing even on hod level. It's like a race. You can leave home on time. You will forget process after few days and start jugadu kam. sry to say company doesn't deserve any awards. Recruitment mela every month. F
