Required Senior Manager For Production !

Job Description:

1. Strategic planning and execution
2. Oversees day to day operations and Monitor performance metrics, ensuring that business unit exceed performance targets.
3. Lead and mentor 10+ employees effectively.
4. Act as a liaison between the production and other cross functions to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and priorities.
5. Shall be ready to work in shifts
6. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements :

1. Candidate has to be from parentrals with shop floor knowledge of handling manpower with stringent guidelines of cGMP and well verse with handling of class 10,000 requirements of HEPA, efficiency monitoring, bio burden studies and controlling the overall bio burden as per specifications. 
2. In depth knowledge about microbial activities and samplings.
3. Overall responsibility of handling manufacturing activities with maintaining 100% GMP on the floor.
4. Lead, develop and implement cost productivity program across all areas of responsibilities
5. Implement a customer focus operational culture delivering world-class customer level.
6 Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stake holders to ensure optimal performance
7. To improve plant efficiencies by implementing 5S, Lean culture 
8. Focus on employee engagement activities such as monthly communication meetings, continuous GMP improvement programs and suggestion scheme.
9. Knowledge of requirements regulatory affairs, FDA ICH guidelines. Knowledge of handling of QMS audits.
