No comments because of not matching with Multi National group of company in India. Even after generating good revenue on PAN India there is no value of candidate.

There is no any culture of MNC, no any policies for employee and really worst experience in my life, Indian management is too much poor from every point from HR to operation.

MXNS is open to accept ideas from all levels and lean structure of management. Work Life balance is maintained along with emphasis to create a family environment. Support of management is high.

Dislikes

Lot of disruptions causing hindrance in growth due to non avoidable factors and lack of desired competency of the existing staff at local level.

Work Details

I have been with the company since 8 months and the journey has been exciting with lot of healthy relationships at the workplace. I would love to get the pace picked up of the work output at all levels and more professionalism.
