I was the pre opening staff and left the organisation but again called by owners and now due to some rumors and bad atmosphere i have left and still waiting for my salary. My only question is if I have to leave why he had called me if my performance was not good.

Dislikes

They were very good to me but only of rumours we had spoil our relationship. I am still waiting for MD to tell me were in was wrong. And if I was wrong why they have called me and if I was wrong I would not have came back to join them. Request the to understand the employee don't just believe the rumours as rumours are made to impress the owners. And good employee will never do that.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
