Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

MD is quite selfish, they just want work doesn't matter whether u live or die. MD is egoistic person, they will Mark u absent for the day, if u can't do his one work He will only c what is pending. On the basis of this he will always make you feel that u r not sufficient enough to get this salary what he is paying u What u have completed he is not going to see as it was completed
