I worked at this company for over a year but recently left due to the challenging work environment after my manager got changed. The culture was highly demotivating, especially for junior employees and non CA, who were often criticized and treated disrespectfully. The HR department lacked supportive policies, particularly for femaleemployees, and mental harassment was common and HR is not supportive at all. The Training sessions by the HR is so well and highly appreciable in context of learning purpose thorough out this pandemic and love the fact of helping hands here.

Have been working here for last 3 years the pay is demolished as i think so employees not getting appropriate pay as according to their skills and experience as well qualifications they are having. Even as in this pandemic they have not provided the yearly raise through out the year.
