Salary compensations are not good. Their appraisal pattern is not good now as it used to be earlier. Management leaders are not capable enough to resolve the employee concerns.They don't take the responsibility of the thing going wrong but put the things on the parent company which is Mercer. Everything wrong happens with the employee in the name of Mercer policies and senior management staff blames the Mercer for this and don't do anything. Career growth used to be there but for now you have little chances of getting something new to learn.
