Young and energetic team with an innovative idea, the organisation intends to diversify their mentorship program for the youth in India. Good for freshers to learn the basics of communication, data management and building partnership with government institutions and corporates.

Dislikes

Lack of community presence causing hindrance in effective implementation of programs. Although it's hybrid but work life balance is poor. Sometime micro management bothers the employees to perform efficiently.
