Job Security-- Management is very supportive and they don't discourage when we fail sometimes. Work Culture-- Mentis is just like family, management and team leads, they not only provide guidance in professional life but they also understand personal problems. Management-- In very limited time, Mentis has achieved a lot in data security market, Rajesh (CEO), Padma(VP), they know what they are doing. Interesting thing is that they promote talent instead of their background. Company policies-- 1. Not much, sometimes some things related to work here and there but they are sorted quickly.

Work Details

I started my career in IT sector at Mentis, in short span of time they made me work on technologies like cloud, bigdata, databases, python NLP etc. Personally it made me much more confident and my learning curve has been good since joining Mentis.

Great workplace for freshers. People are really supportive. Management is easy to reach and issues are sorted pretty quickly.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Sometimes things may be stressful but that is how the work is everywhere.
