An excellent work environment with friendly colleagues and disciplined students.

Dislikes

As with other colleges, the faculties working on contract basis do not feel secure about the next renewal of a contract and hence difficult to give their 100 percent performance.

Work Details

Teaching and mentoring the students. Help in curriculum building, questions framing, conducting of examination and assessment of students by various methods. Taking part and paper presentations in national and international conferences and workshops.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
